Preclinical Scientist in biotech T

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Design and interpretation of PK/TK and PD studies to support preclinical programs, * Selection and oversight of CRO operations for nonclinical PK to support regulatory filings * Full understanding and use of analysis methods and programs using standard pharmacokinetic data analysis tools such as WinNonLin. * Bio-analytical support (LC/MS/MS analysis) for PK, metabolism, and ADME studies * Will represent the department in cross function teams

Required Experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

* PhD in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field with 4+ years experience, preferably in the biopharmaceutical industry * Experience / Expertise in pre-clinical pharmacokinetics / PK - PD modeling; (clinical pharmacokinetics a plus). * Training and experience in PK, PD and bio-analytical chemistry applied to small molecule drugs including a strong publication record * Full understanding and use of analysis methods and programs using standard tools such as WinNonLin. * Analytical experience involving biomatrices and ADME * Proficiency in the operation of LC/MS/MS instrumentation is a plus. * Strong experience in cross-functional teams; ability to build consensus through influence in a matrix management environment * A focus in the field of oncology is preferred
