Research Support Specialist in biotech

Responsibilities

Responsibilities The Research Support Specialist provides project management and lead veterinary technical services supporting research protocols, working in partnership with research staff members in the conduct of biomedical research in infectious diseases on rodents and non-rodents in an ABSL3/4 environment.

Qualifications HS Diploma required. Bachelor of Science degree and/or LATG preferred. 3 or more year’s related technical animal care and handling experience required. Project Management experience preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; ability to multitask and possess solid organizational skills. Extensive knowledge of rodent and non-rodent technical skills.
