Clinical Applications Specialist (Cytotechnologist)

Description This associate will be responsible for technical direction and support to customers on operation and maintenance of company products. Establish working relationship with each customer account in order to monitor customer service and support. Maintain customer satisfaction related to necessary service and the installation process. Serves as customer contact on Technical and Service related problems. Demonstrates uses and advantages of products. Attend trade shows; provide support in set-up, teardown and management of booth. Works closely with Technical Support, Sales and Marketing, QA/QC, and Research and Development to address customers concerns, determine corrective action and customer follow-up. Maintains appropriate records and documentation as required by the department and company. May be responsible for a designated region and backup for other regions.

Qualifications Education and Experience Required:

* Bachelors Degree * Cytology Certification * Minimum of 5 years experience in Cytology. * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Strong organizational skills
