Scientist, Genomics Research

The Scientist will design and execute single molecule sequencing studies including whole genome sequencing, candidate gene and pair-end read sequencing, DNA structure analysis and quantitative RNA analysis. S/he will work with academic and Pharma/Biotech collaborators to execute and deliver research projects, develop improvements to existing applications, and work with others to analyze/interpret results of genomic studies. Experience in genomic sequencing, genetic analysis methods, quantitative RNA measures, and analysis of genomic information is required. Excellent communication skills in both written and oral presentations are essential. A PhD in human genetics, molecular biology or related genomics discipline is required. Post-doctoral experience is preferred.
