Analytic Science in Pharma and Healthcare

Responsibilities: • Delivers high impact analytics that solve sales and marketing problems in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry through the use of data-driven exploratory analysis and advanced statistical techniques

• Creates and executes on the design and work flow for analytic projects

• Directs data analysis using data mining techniques

• Develops analytic solutions such as segments, models, and strategies using predictive modeling, decision analysis, behavior segmentation, response assessment, and resource optimization techniques

• Communicates with client and team on project progress and results

• Creates and participates in ongoing process definition and improvement projects in collaboration with healthcare industry consultants and client partners

Desired Qualifications: • B.S. or M.S. degree with a preferred emphasis in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or Management Science

• Five years of professional marketing analytic experience including experience with behavior segmentation, CRM tools and technologies, acquisition and retention modeling, predictive modeling, and test and reporting design

• Database Marketing/Campaign management knowledge and experience with systems such as Unica, E.piphany, Siebel and PeopleSoft

• Hands on experience using tools such as SAS, SPSS, and SQL and familiarity with Java

• Experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare industry a plus

• Demonstrated ability to quickly comprehend opportunities, partner with and add value to varied organizations and industries

• Strong problem solving and analytical ability

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a variety of audiences

• Strong interpersonal, teaming, communication, and organizational skills
