Research Scientist

Join us in a challenging environment that inspires innovation and creativity at our Indianapolis, IN location.The overall responsibility of an individual in this Research Scientist position will be the development of diagnostic reagent kits in the area of small molecule drug monitoring for applications on clinical analyzer systems. The position includes design and formulation of liquid reagents for Drug of Abuse Testing (DAT) and/or Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (TDM) using various biological matrices and reagent technologies.

Minimum requirement include a MS degree in a Science discipline with greater than 2 years of research laboratory experience or a PhD. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated and extensive competency in one or more of the following areas: biopolymer chemistry, bioanalytical chemistry, surface chemistry of microparticles, and toxicology; demonstrated track record of organization, efficiency, and working well within a team environment; and demonstrated ability to independently perform experiments and assays, develop new methodologies and analyze, troubleshoot and present results. Strong knowledge of statistics and Design of Experiments, knowledge of GMP, QSR’s and experience working with Design Controls is highly desired.We committed to providing equal opportunities to a diverse workforce.
