Respiratory Biologics Marketing Director
Portfolio Strategy and Prioritization -- Portfolio and product opportunity analysis
Product Strategy Development -- Input to Product Strategic Plan, based on clear customer insights and robust market analysis
Business Policy and Compliance -- Understand how to operate and adhere to policy within the regulatory environment with the goal of maximizing product opportunity.
Customer Insight -- Input to insight for customer behavior programs, that lead to opportunities for creating competitive advantage
Key Performance Indicators - Analyze and interpret brand opportunities on key performance indicators and providing insightful tactics on how to maximize KPIs in launch preparation
Project Management - Organize people, activities, communication & resources around a common goal and to achieve business objectives in a timely manner
Advocacy Management -- Create sustainable, long-term relationships with thought Director advocates and customer advocacy groups and develop a thought Director influence map.
Vendor/Agency Management - Manage relationships with agencies, consultants, and other third party groups to maximize the product opportunity.
Provide Clarity About Strategic Direction -- Develops a vision of the future, answering "why" and "what."

Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Business, Marketing, Biological Sciences.
7+ years of pharmaceutical experience
3+ years of pharmaceutical Marketing and Promotions experience; preferably in both HCP and Consumer working on Biologic Respiratory Brands
2+ years of prior Launch preparation experience for biologic pharmaceutical products in the US
Experience within Early Brand Lifecycle; preferably products in Phase II and Phase III development
Experience managing complex projects at the project management level
Leadership capability and people management skills
