SCIENTIST - MATERIAL & BIOMATERIAL
Job Summary:
Perform material/biomaterial and nanoparticles synthesis and characterization; perform nano-, micro-encapsulation and development of tissue engineering scaffolds; assist medical device development and testing under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality system; assist drug synthesis under cGMP regulations; prepare data analysis and reports.
Education/Experience:
Requires a BS degree in Chemistry with at least a 3.0 GPA and 0-3 years of related experience. Requires synthesis experience in inorganic and micro-/nano-particle; analytical experience in UV-VIS, Zeta potential, FTIR spectroscopy, and DLS particle size analysis; biomaterial experience in fabrication of tissue scaffold, lyophilization, sterilization, and cell/tissue culture and subculture. Familiarization with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality system is preferred. A valid/clear driver's license is required.
