Associate Scientist
Essential Job Function
Proficiency in routine mammalian cell culture techniques is essential.
6 months or more of relevant research experience
Good understanding of biochemistry and organic chemistry.
Ability to work and communicate effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Must have competency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Requirements
Experience in cell culture media development and optimization for mammalian-based systems
Basic understanding of statistical analysis, problem solving and experimental design skills, and competency with statistical
software packages (Design Expert).
Experience with robotic systems for high throughput automation
Familiarity with bioreactors and large-scale mammalian production
