Senior Oncology Specialist
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a Bachelors degree or higher, and a minimum of 4 years of successful pharm, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience. Two years of specialty sales experience is strongly preferred. All candidates must have a valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 States along with a clean driving record and must be willing to travel as needed or required, depending on the geography. Candidates must satisfy reasonable credentialing requirements, including, but not limited to TB tests, Hepatitis B vaccine, MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) and Varicella (chicken pox). Candidates are required to submit to annual background checks by Janssen Biotech, Inc.
Prior knowledge of the Oncology/Urology/Nephrology field(s) is a plus. A working knowledge of hospital/institutional setting, managing through complex reimbursement issues, candidates with prior Management Development courses, experience in project oriented selling situations in a high incentive and individual performance culture, along with a documented successful sales performance (high growth, results vs. plan) are preferred.
