Product Manager – Human Mutation and Variant Analysis
* Identify market requirements defining a product’s functions and feature set; prioritize product features and functions.
* Define product specifications; manage their implementation, testing and release.
* Define data collection requirements and standards and curation policy.
* Develop and maintain product documentation, including scientific case studies and applications.
* Work closely with marketing, customer support and sales to promote awareness and adoption of products by the market and to drive product sales.
* M.D. or PhD in the life sciences with a genetics, genomic or medical background. Prior human genetic data analysis or pharmacogenomics experience preferred.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills. Prior technical project management experience preferred.
* Comfortable working independently in a distributed, international environment.
* Outgoing personality, team player with strong business acumen. Aptitude and desire to work with both technical and non-technical personnel to build competitive, scientifically sound products.
