Scientist - Analytical Biology

* Perform all study work in compliance with GLP regulations and maintain all related documentation in accordance with SOPs, Study Protocol, Analytical Study Plans * Performs other types of in vitro molecular and cellular assays as needed (e.g. ELISA, multiplexed bead-based technologies, and intracellular staining ICS, EliSpot) * GLP method development, validation and execution of flow cytometry and other assay methods for evaluation of toxicological and biological endpoints in support of preclinical studies * Manage and review data to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency and regulatory compliance * Assist in study and assay design * Prepare and modify SOPs as needed * Design and execute appropriate analytical procedures; critically review data and write study reports * Serve as contributing scientist on GLP studies and as scientific resource for junior staff, peers and study directors

* BS or MS in biological, pharmaceutical science or related field plus 4 years, or PhD with 1 year post-graduate relevant experience * 4 years (or PhD with 1 year) experience in flow cytometry and other bioassay methodologies. Method development, execution, analysis and writing scientific reports. Immunology background and GLP experience strongly preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Ability to read, write, review, interpret and summarize scientific material * Intermediate to advanced computer skills * Ability to communicate effectively to diverse groups: clients, vendors, internal and external colleagues * Advanced data analysis, interpretation and graphical presentation skills * Continual GLP training * Requires excellent data analysis skills and ability to critically review data for scientific/technical merit and accuracy * Must have a meticulous attention to detail
