Scientist BioMolecular Discovery/Assay Development
* Biochemical assay development, optimization, and screening of compounds
* Cellular assay development, optimization, and screening of compounds
* Function as a project representative and interface with other scientists in a multi-disciplinary team environment
* Hands-on experience in medium and high throughput biochemical and cellular assay development, troubleshooting and screening
* Proficiency in tissue culture , Western blotting and different assay formats such as AlphaScreen, HTRF, SureFire, ELISA, cell viability and other functional cell-based assays
* Hands-on experience in liquid handling devices is a plus
* Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experienced BS/MS or Ph.D. with appropriate skill sets and proven experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry (3+ years)
