Sr. Program Manager, Bio-Repository
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences; 10+ years experience in clinical research or clinical project management required; previous management experience required. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to relate well to all organizational personnel. Must have experience with cGMP’s and /or GLP’s. Must have demonstrated success in managing services as well as solid understanding of current GMP and GLP standards. Must represent the Company in a professional manner with customers and other outside entities. Must have an understanding of and a commitment to building a positive team-based environment; maintain a cohesive and joint decision-making process within the team. Additionally, analytical and problem solving skills required.
While overseeing and coordinating BioRepository related operations the successful candidate will set a positive tone for the group and lead the team to meet or exceed the corporate goals that have been identified. This will include managing departmental managers. Identifying and coaching team members for continuous improvement is a key component of this role. Position also interacts with Directors of other departments in collaboration and coordination of existing and potential projects.
