Senior Scientis in Biotech
* PhD with relavant post doctoral and idustrial experience in eukaryotic molecular and cellular biology
* Atleast 5 years industry experience
* Previous project or line management experience
* PhD with post doctoral training in eukaryotic cellular biology and 5 years industry experience in eukaryotic drug discovery that included project or line management responsibilities
* Proven experience and publication track record in eukaryotic drug discovery
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-disciplinary project teams – including setting goals, driving execution and delivering data driven go/no go recommendations with aggressive timelines
* Demonstrated ability to develop multiple assays types for eukaryotic targets
* Demonstrated ability to develop and screen using microscopic techniques – including high content screening
* Ability to work independently on multiple projects to perform, compile, analyze and present biological data in a clear and concise manner within a short timeframe
* Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively to express information in both written and oral context
* Demonstrates genuine desire and an effectiveness to work with others in a team environment towards the achievement of the teams’ and organizations’ goals
* Ability to solve problems creatively, be proactive to minimize potential issues
* Proven ability to drive issues to closure and get the job done in ways that are professional
