Principal Scientist in Biotech
Research/Development of contact lens and related medical devices.
R&D experience in combined device/controlled release devices, in particular ocular devices.
Sound understanding of structure-property relationship of Silicone Hydrogel/biomaterial/polymer materials.
Sound understanding of transport processes in polymeric membranes and hydrogels.
Fundamental skills in chemical engineering/polymer processing unit operations.
Mathematical modeling.
Ph.D. or Masters in Biomaterials, Polymers, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering.
Minimum Experience Required:
5-10 years of industrial experience preferred.
