Senior Scientist/Prinicipal Scientist in Biotech
•PhD or MS in pharmaceutical science, chemistry, biology or related area.
•Minimum of 2 years direct industrial experience in drug discovery or development of small molecules.
•Working knowledge in pharmacokinetic analysis and PK modeling.
••Flexible and innovative thinking in creating options and solutions to program issues.
•Implementing novel approaches to understanding/solving drug metabolism/pharmacokinetic issues.
•Experience with laboratory automation systems, including automated rodent blood collection systems, strongly desired.
•The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills, and have a solid background in DMPK-related area of small molecules.
•Design, conduct, and analyze data from in vivo ADME-related studies.
Coordinate PK-PD studies with biology colleagues with design, conduct, and data analysis.
•Critically evaluate and provide data reports to program coordinators.
•Author regulatory reports in support of drug development.
Data analysis using various software packages and generation of reports for communication of data to program teams.
•Collaboration with internal and external groups to coordinate study schedules and ensure laboratories and instruments are properly maintained.
