Sr Research Pharmacologist
- Extensive knowledge and experience with animal models of human tumors
- Experienced in the methods of evaluating biodistribution and pharmacokinetics of test materials
- Experience with whole animal imaging techniques such as SPECT, SPECT/CT, ultrasound and/or optical methods desirable
- Extensive experience in handling animals
- Experience with small animal surgery
- Experience with intravenous, intraperitoneal, intramuscular, subcutaneous and oral routes of administration
- Experience at handling radioisotopes
- Ability to coordinate and manage studies within the Biological Sciences group and with contract laboratories
- Ability to design, conduct, interprets and report results of various efficacy and safety studies
-spreadsheet manipulation
-data summation
-graphical representation of data
-use of statistical packages
-effective interactions with peers to arrange and conduct biological studies
-clear and concise oral reports to team leaders, other team members and direct supervisor
-focused presentations of data to small groups
Requirements
Education required/preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree required with at least five years of related experience ORMaster’s Degree required with at least three years of related experience or PhD required.
