Senior Scientist
Senior Scientist will perform coordinate and perform analytical activities in support of product development, stability, problem solving and registration. Key activities include: method development, method validation, report writing, and data review. The candidate in this role will also attend project meetings and represent the Analytical Sciences Department, serve as a team leader or technical expert for R&D special projects, develop and review new technologies in support of analytical problem solving and product development, etc.

Qualifications:
The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, a Master's Degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a PhD. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Must understand the Research and Development function and be competent in utilization of general and complex analytical methods and instrumentation. Requires an understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). Must possess demonstrated broad-based analytical and project management skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Competent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes is required.
