The Clinical Quality Management Director
The Clinical Quality Management Director directs the development, implementation, and evaluation of UCare’s member-focused clinical quality improvement programs.
Directs clinical initiatives to improve health outcomes for health plan members.
Provides oversight for provider credentialing and member complaint/appeals process.
A bachelor’s degree in nursing, clinical social work or other health-care related field is required. Masters degree preferred. Minimum of four years managerial experience, preferably in a health care quality program setting. Must have strong analytical skills and considerable experience with statistics and research methodology. Knowledge of Medicare and State Health Programs is essential as are strong leadership and collaboration skills.
