Clinical Trial Associate in Biological Sciences
Support in-house CRAs (Local Trial Managers) in study start-up, maintenance and site closure for assigned trials
Ensure all documents are received and accurate for Drug Release Package
Review site-specific Informed Consent Forms
Prepare draft contracts using templates
Coordinate preparation of Trial Centre File
Follow-up with sites / respond to site requests
Help prepare and coordinate start-up document packages
Manage in-house clinical trial documents, including audit preparation and archiving
Maintain document and supplies tracking systems
Pro-actively coordinate pertinent activities in collaboration with the local clinical teams to meet global timelines
B.Sc., R.N., or equivalent degree in Biological Sciences preferred
Clinical Research Certification preferred
Minimum 1 to 2 years Clinical Research experience preferred
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; ability to learn new applications
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong interdependent partnering ability
