Relative Protection Index = Death Rate Difference + Vaccination Rate Difference Death Rate Difference = Global Death Rate - Regional Death Rate Vaccination Rate Difference = Global Booster Rate - Regional Booster Rate
Example 1: Booster for Death Protection Index in India, using 2022-12-18 WHO data.
Global Death Rate = 1.03% India Death Rate = 1.19% Global Booster Rate = 29.46% India Booster Rate = 16.16% Relative Protection Index = (1.03 - 1.19) + (29.46 - 16.16) = 13.13
