I purchased software from CambridgeSoft, and I need codes.

If you are a registered user and have downloaded your software, you can simply go to the My Downloads page in the My Account area of our web site (see menu bar at the top of this page to either register or go to My Account) to get your serial numbers. If you did not purchase a download from us, and cannot find your serial number for a CambridgeSoft product, please contact SciStore at customer_service@cambridgesoft.com. Please be sure to include as much information as possible. Items such as your name, CambridgeSoft order number (the order number appears in the confirmation email you should have received when you initially ordered), approximate date of purchase, product, etc. will help us find your codes more quickly.
