Relative Protection Index = Infection Rate Difference + Vaccination Rate Difference Infection Rate Difference = Global Infection Rate - Regional Infection Rate Vaccination Rate Difference = Global Booster Rate - Regional Booster Rate
Example 1: Booster for Infection Protection Index in India, using 2022-12-18 WHO data.
Global Infection Rate = 8.31% India Infection Rate = 3.24% Global Booster Rate = 29.46% India Booster Rate = 16.16% Relative Protection Index = (8.31 - 3.24) + (29.46 - 16.16) = 18.37
